• Think systemically—able to design not just a hero moment, but a brand thatscales
• Balance concept and craft, with a sharp eye for typography, color, hierarchy,and storytelling
• Are comfortable working across identity, packaging, and brand expression
• Understand how strategy informs design, even if you’re not leading strategydirectly
• Can jump into an established team and elevate the work through collaboration
