This is an open call for mid-level and senior freelance designers with strong experience in brand-centric and CPG-driven work—particularly across branding systems, packaging, and visual identity.While Stone is based in Colorado, we collaborate with talent across the country and welcome national partners who thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-moving studio environment.

• Bring a strong, brand-led portfolio, with depth in CPG, food & beverage, or consumer products
• Think systemically—able to design not just a hero moment, but a brand that scales
• Balance concept and craft, with a sharp eye for typography, color, hierarchy, and storytelling
• Are comfortable working across identity, packaging, and brand expression
• Understand how strategy informs design, even if you’re not leading strategy directly
• Can jump into an established team and elevate the work through collaboration
