Project Coach

Stone is an independent brand strategy and design agency led by creatives. We’re looking for a Project Coach with 5-7 years of project and account management experience within a creative environment or agency setting who’s ready to take on their next challenge—driving projects forward, managing client relationships, managing stakeholders  and helping bring exceptional design to life.

We work with both national, powerhouse brands and emerging, disruptive challengers on design strategy, storytelling, identity, packaging and brand-world building. This role is for . . 

• A flexible and creative problem solver who will lead the charge on projects big and small and serve as a trusted day-to-day partner to clients - keeping teams aligned, clients in the loop, and timelines on track.

You will . . .

• Own day-to-day management of medium-to-large creative projects and the client relationships attached to them. 
• Champion internal team workflows - from kickoff and creative review to final delivery
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on assigned projects, building trust and acting as their advocate internally.
• Proactively flag risks and problem-solve to keep projects on track
• Track and manage project scope and budgets, flagging changes or overages to clients and internal teams.
• Maintain project schedules and communicate timeline, budget and status to both clients and internal teams.
• Assist Creative Ops Lead in workload balancing and process improvements.
• Keep internal project documentation up to date 
• Coordinate with external vendors as needed 
• Re-balance priorities as projects shift 
• Spot opportunities to deepen or grow existing client relationships.

You will need to bring . . 

• 5–7 years of experience in a creative agency or creative environment, with demonstrated experience in both account and project management.
• Proven experience managing brand and/or packaging design projects from end to end
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience managing client projects/relationships, including scope and budget conversations.
• Competence managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Familiarity with creative workflows, timelines, and deliverables in design and branding
• Working knowledge of project management fundamentals and how to apply them in a creative context.
• Experience with tools like Monday.com or similar project management and familiarity with capacity planning platforms
• Bonuses: experience working with CPG brands and experience with Adobe Suite

Salary Range: $80-110K
