WHO YOU ARE

As a Senior Brand Design Lead at Stone, you are a creative force and a people leader. You bring elevated craft, sharpstrategic thinking, and a point of view to every project—while helping guidethe growth of others on the team.

You’ll work across multiple brand engagements at once, partnering closely with strategists, creative directors, and fellow designers to push work conceptually and visually. At times you’ll lead projects end-to-end; at others, you’ll elevate work through mentorship, collaboration, and creative direction.

This role requires someone who can balance hands-on execution with leadership, who is curious about the business behind the brief, and who is invested in the long-term growth of Stone—our people, our clients, and our reputation.

Packaging experience is strongly preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Lead the ideation, design, and development of multiplebrand projects simultaneously—setting creative direction while staying hands-onwhere it matters. Manage 3-5 projects seamlessly.

 

Collaborate deeply across disciplines to elevate work collectively, while confidently owning end-to-end deliverables when needed.

 

Set the bar for creative excellence—pushing the work, the thinking, and the team toward braver, smarter solutions.

 

Apply a refined, ever-evolving skillset across a range of brand challenges, balancing strategy, craft, and execution.

 

Stay ahead of design, cultural, and category trendsrelevant to key Stone accounts—bringing fresh perspective to every engagement. 

Requirements

• 6–9+ years ofdesign experience, ideally within a branding or design agency

• Degree ingraphic design or a related field strongly preferred

• Strongportfolio demonstrating brand thinking, concept development, and refinedexecution across a range of styles

• Packagingexperience preferred; understanding of print production and technical files aplus

• Exceptionalcommunication and presentation skills

• Advancedproficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and an awareness of emerging designtechnologies

• Strong pointof view with the confidence to take smart creative risks

• Ability tomanage multiple projects from concept through final delivery, often under tighttimelines

• Passion forcollaboration and mentorship

• Comfortworking from big-picture brand systems to detailed execution

• AI & Illustration are a plus

• Positive,flexible mindset with openness to feedback and growth
